Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday from 9AM to 2PM EST. If you placed an order after 2PM EST, your order will be shipping out the next business day. We/UPS DOES NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Federal Holidays.

Our shipping methods are as stated below:

• Standard Shipping: UPS Ground (2-7 Business Days). Click here to view the UPS shipping map and their delivery times for UPS Ground.

A shipping example: 
John Doe orders a product on Friday at 5:00PM EST. Because John ordered after 2:00PM EST, his order will not be shipped out until the next business day, Monday. 

Free Shipping
For orders over $50, you are eligible for free UPS Ground (2-7 Business Days) shipping.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally at this time directly through our website. However, if you are interested in ordering our shoes outside of the USA, please Contact Us and we will do our best to offer an alternative purchase/shipping method if possible. Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy:

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We do not require any return authorization and we accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:

1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).

2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders.

A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. 


Return Label
Please send an email to with your order number and the reason of the return. We will send you prepaid label. Note: this label cannot be used for returns outside the USA.

Please allow 2-4 business days once your return is delivered for us to process and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. Refund timing is dependent on your bank/card and how long it takes for them to process refunds. If you have not received your refund after this 2 week period, please contact us.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If there was a problem with your order and you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us right away at or by phone (561) 922-6850. We are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.

Exchange Policy:

Due to high demand of our shoes and large amounts of revolving inventory, we cannot guarantee we will have stock in the replacement item you may need. With that said, we cannot currently facilitate exchange services at this time. 

If you need to exchange your shoes, simply follow our Return Policy above. Once the shoes make it back to our warehouse, you may re-order a new pair (or you can order before this time, either way you will still be refunded for your original order).

We care about customer satisfaction and if you are not thrilled with your purchase please let us know and we will do our best to make things right!
