Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy:

  • If something doesn't work out, you can exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product packaging.
  • The customer's first exchange shipping costs will be on us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as our warehouse receives the product back, we will ship out the new requested item.

* Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer after the first exchange.

We do not accept returns and exchanges for final sales and surprise boxes.

We care about customer satisfaction and if you are not thrilled with your purchase please let us know and we will do our best to make things right!


Return Policy:

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We do not require any return authorization and we accept returns for 30 days after your order is placed so long as:

1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).

2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of placing your order.

When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders.

A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. 

*We do not accept returns and exchanges for final sales and surprise boxes.

** Please note that if you received a free Mystery Sneaker with your purchase of $150 or more, you must also return that pair along with the rest of your returns. If you don't include the Mystery Sneakers in the same return box, charges will apply.

Please allow 2-4 business days once your return is delivered for us to process and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. Refund timing is dependent on your bank/card and how long it takes for them to process refunds. If you have not received your refund after this 2 week period, please contact us.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If there was a problem with your order and you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us right away by clicking here or at or by phone (561) 922-6850. We are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.
