Refund policy

Return Policy:


We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We do not require any return authorization and we accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:

1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).

2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders.

A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. 

 

Return Label
Please send an email to info@mazinoshoes.com with your order number and the reason of the return. We will send you prepaid label. Note: this label cannot be used for returns outside the USA.

Timing
Please allow 2-4 business days once your return is delivered for us to process and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. Refund timing is dependent on your bank/card and how long it takes for them to process refunds. If you have not received your refund after this 2 week period, please contact us.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If there was a problem with your order and you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us right away at info@mazinoshoes.com or by phone (561) 922-6850. We are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.
