How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status online anytime.
How do I return/exchange my shoes?
We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible.
We accept returns on U.S. orders for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:
1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).
2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. The customer's first return/exchange shipping costs will be on us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as our warehouse receives the product back, we will ship out the new requested item.
When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. At this time, we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
* Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer after the first order return/exchange.
A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items marked "All sales are final - No returns" and Mystery boxes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
