Frequently Asked Questions

. For orders over $99, you are eligible for free UPS Ground (2-7 Business Days) shipping.

. For orders under $99, the shipping price will be displayed at checkout.

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

We/USPS DOES NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Federal Holidays.

Our shipping methods are as stated below:

• Standard Shipping: USPS Ground (2-7 Business Days).

A shipping example: John Doe orders a product on Friday at 5:00PM EST. Because John ordered after 2:00PM EST, his order will not be shipped out until the next business day, Monday. 

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible.

We accept returns on U.S. orders for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:

1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).

2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. The customer's first return/exchange shipping costs will be on us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as our warehouse receives the product back, we will ship out the new requested item.

When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. At this time, we do not offer refunds for  shipping costs. 

* Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer after the first order return/exchange.

A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Items marked "All sales are final - No returns" and Mystery boxes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes! We're happy to offer free return labels to our customers. 

If you didn't get a return label inside your box, just send us an email with your order number, full name, and the reason for the return to info@mazinoshoes.com

You can check your order status online anytime.

If you need to change your order, the best thing to do is to contact us as soon as possible at info@mazinoshoes.com

International ShippingWe currently do not ship internationally at this time directly through our website. However, if you are interested in ordering our shoes outside of the USA, please Contact Us and we will do our best to offer an alternative purchase/shipping method if possible. Thank you for understanding.
